Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Norefjell Ski & Spa was a mixed bag. The resort offers beautiful surroundings and a decent breakfast buffet, but the management could certainly improve the guest experience. While I enjoyed the amenities, the lack of clear signage and some poorly designed aspects made navigating the resort frustrating. Overall, it has potential, but I wouldn't rush back due to the shortcomings.
Our stay had its ups and downs. While the service staff were friendly, the room felt more like a storage area rather than a comfortable double room. The dining experience left much to be desired with the buffet being too salty and a disappointing dinner option. However, we enjoyed a mostly good breakfast selection.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic for skiing, and the apartment we stayed in had everything we needed. However, the service left much to be desired, with inconsistent cleaning and extra charges for basics, which was quite disappointing. Although the food was decent, it wasn’t very exciting. Overall, while there were some positives, I would consider a smaller place for my next visit.
I had high hopes for a relaxing weekend getaway but was met with several disappointments. The room was disappointing for a four-star hotel, lacking basic amenities and cleanliness. The dining options were subpar, especially the dinner buffet, but the breakfast was slightly better. The staff handled our complaints well, but overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here based on the value for the price paid.
Norefjell Ski and Spa offers a charming experience with friendly staff, excellent access to skiing, and a delightful breakfast. However, some issues like room value for money, lack of detailed information, and poor reception service detract from the overall experience.
